The future of Smyth Landing is divided into four phases that will accomodate premium living on the water of the Budd Inlet.
No need to compromise. Smyth Landing will offer premium living space on the Budd Inlet where every unit has a spacious balcony affording views of the water, Mt Rainier and the State Capitol. The first phase will build out a four story waterfront property featuring 59 units, each with surface parking. The second phase will feature two (2) four story buildings with 123 units between the two buildings. There would be an additional 86 covered parking stalls at grade level. A third phase incorporates 12 multi – story townhomes with garages. This phase will also open up space for a filling station. Phase 4 will consist of mixed-use commercial and residential space.
